Sushi is not for everybody, but there are many kinds of sushi to fit most people's desired flavors. Some people like their food spicy. The most popular spicy sushi roll, according to various polls including thrillist.com, is the spicy tuna roll. It is a simple roll, usually only containing the spicy tuna paste that it is known for. There are five basic types of sushi:
  • Nigiri (fish on a ball of sushi rice)
  • Sashimi (fish on it's own)
  • Maki (seaweed-wrapped variety)
  • Uramaki (rice on the outside)
  • Temaki (sushi hand-rolled into a cone shape).
