Bluberry muffin recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour,
3/4 cup white sugar,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
2 teaspoon baking powder,
1/3 cup vegtable oil,
1 egg,
1/3 cup milk,
1 cup fresh bluberries,
1/2 cup white sugar,
1/3 cup all-purpose flour,
1/4 cup butter cubed,
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon,

To make these delishious bluberry muffins you start by pre heating your oven to 400 degrees F and grease your muffin cups. Then we are going to make the crumb topping: Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter, and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamo, and then mix with a fork. Then you need to combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt and baking powder. Next put vegtible oil ino a 1 cup measuring cup; add the eggs and enough milk to fill the cup. Mix this with the flour mixture. Then fold to bluberries in. Lastly fill the muffing cups to the top, and sprinke with crumb topping mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes in preheated oven, or until done

Sugar cookie recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups butter, soffened,
2 cups white sugar,
4 eggs,
1 teaspoon vanilla extra,
5 cups all-perpose flour,
2 teaspoons baking powder,
1 teaspoon salt,

Directions: In a large bowl, mix together sugar and butter until creamy and smooth. Beat in vanila and eggs. Stir in salt, baking powder, and flour. Cover, and chi;ll dough for one hour or more. Preheat ypou oven to 400 degrees F. First flour you surface an then roll out you dough untill it is 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Then with your disired cookie cutter cut into shapes.on an ungreased cookie sheet place the cookies 1 inch apart. In your preheated oven bake your cookies for 6 to 8 minutes. Then let cool completley

Lemon bars

Ingredients: 1 cup of softened butter,
1/2 cup white sugar,
2 cups all-purpose flour,
4 eggs,
1 1/2 cups white sugar,
1/4 cup all-purpose flour,
2 juiced lemons,

Directions: first start by pre heating your oven to 350 degrees F, then in a medium sized bowl, put in the softened butter, 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, and blend them together. Then press the batter into the bottom of an ungreased 9 by 13 inch pan. Then bake for 15 to 20 minutes in your pre-heated oven, or until golden. In a second bowl, put in 1 1/2 cups of sugar and 1/4 cup flour and then whisk together. Next add in the eggs and lemon juice, and whisk again. Then pour this mixture over the baked crust. After that, bake for another 20 minutes in the preheted oven. the more they cool down the firmer they will get. Then cut into a 2 inch square.
