Here are 4 easy card tricks from rebel magic |
BRILLIANTLY SIMPLE: You ask the audience to pick a card. Without actually looking at it, they place it in the deck. You then shuffle the deck. After you’re done shuffling, you pretend that you are stuck and ask the audience for what their card was. When they tell you, you spell out their card, placing one card down on the table with each letter. After you spell it out, you take the next card and turn it over to reveal their chosen card. |
THE POWER OF FOUR: First, the spectator shuffles the deck as much as they want to assure them that the deck is not set up in any way. Then, you split the deck in half. By taking a look at the 4th card in one of the piles, you’re able to accurately guess the 4th card in the other deck. How is this done? The trick uses simple shuffling and memory use in a brilliant way. Watch the video below to see it in action and learn how to do it. |
LEVITATING CARD: Learn how to make a playing card appear as if it levitates up off the palm of your hand. This card trick involves the use of a gimmick card that you can prepare for yourself. You’ll need a piece of clear plastic and super glue to do this trick. You can probably find this kind of plastic lying around your house from most consumer goods that you may have purchased in the past. |
TRAVELING CARD:The spectator chooses any card from the deck and signs it. You then place it in the middle of the deck. Immediately, you reach into your jacket pocket to reveal the signed card. You then put it back into your jacket pocket, and then open the deck of cards. There in the middle, is the signed card again. |
