A lacrosse goal is in a triangle and there is a white circle surounding the goal which you can not go into, you can not even put your stick in the white circle.
Lacrosse may have a lot of rules and can be confusing, but it is so much fun. This is going to be my third year of playing lacrosse and I love it! In lacrosse you have a goalie, midfields, defense, and attacks. I play midfield and attack.
In girls lacrosse for our age there is modified checking which means you can not check somones stick unless it is below the shoulder and for evry lacrosse level you can ot check a empty lacrosse stick. You can also not leave your lacrosse stick on top of the other persons net on their stick.
In girls lacrosse you wear a skort, which is a skirt with shorts underneath it. For my team my skort is black and it has my number on it. Then for your shirt my team has green tanktops with my number on it and QV on it for Quinnebaug Valley.
Lacrosse is not only a sport, it is also a way to make new friends.
