How to Care for Horses
A healthy diet consists of grass, good quality hay free of mold and dust.
Your horse should have clean unfrozen water availible to them at all times.
Horses are animals of companionship and will be happier in a group. Be cautious though because if the horses are older they need to become aquainted, keep them close but not too close because they might not be friendly with each other for a while

The behavior of a horse is easy to dicipher by their ears and mouth. If its ears are turned ut to the side it's relaxed or sleeping. Don't forcefully wake the animal because it may get startled and may react rashly. be careful and don't approach until it has acknowledged your precense.
If its ears are turnned backward but not pinned to the back of the head it is probably just listening to something behind it. just be cautious because it may be deciding whether to run or investigate.
The mouth is also a good indicator. If your horse is chewing in a funny way especially when you know that he isn't eating it's a good sign especially if your horse is in training it means that it's thinking and learning.
