The duckdog happend by a at nuclear power plant the had a malfunction and the lake next to the power plant had a duck enviorment and the chemicals got to the water and made it so the lake got contaminated there was a duck close by and got the worst effects the effects were so bad it made a dog head on the duck head this species is very lethal it can cause death
