The kong story

Once long ago a little monke called kong saw his parents die right in front of him by army planes because they were wanted in many countries by the military. He was sad and angry, so he started to work out. He grew up to be not just to be a extremely strong monke, but the strongest one ever.After proving he was the strongest monke on earth everyone started calling him king kong. He left the hill and destroyed 500 planes in the first day. He kept doing this for several weeks until he met a girl gorilla named queen kong. He had heard of her before but never thought he would meet her. They started destroying skyskrapers, planes, and a lot more. King kong fell in love quick and they went on a date. They traveled all the world destroying planes together until they found the last one. King kong grabbed it, split it in half, ate it, then gave the other half to queen kong.

King kongs weight lifting schedule is long and harsh. He has no rest days doing chest on monday, legs on tuesday, biceps and triceps on wednesday, back on thursday, abs on friday, upper body on saturday, and lower body on sunday.
