The scientist Mr. hotchkiss could get in searious trouble mabye even jail time! If he went to jail then even the inmaits in jail would juge him for causing world panic. And thats bad because world panic might start shortiges because people wont want to leave there house. THERE WILL BE SHORTIGES ALL OVER THE WORLD!!!!
