Mermicoon started as a normal racoon, who was just spending their days eating food from neighborhood trash cans. One day Ruby the racoon (Mermicoon) was just walking around on the beach looking for some trash cans, when suddenly out of the blue (literally) a mermaid (the overthrown mermaid queen) granted them ONE wish. Ruby of course chose to be a mermaid, and so mericoon was born. Now mermicoon spends their days jumping out of waves and running her army of jellyfish and protecting them from weirdo humans.

The mermaids once lived in peace, the kingdom of Mermlandia was a prosperous and powerful one and everyone loved it there. Until one day when Meradis the 23 overthrew the queen of all mermaids, Atlantisara. Soon the kingdom went into chaos and blood was spilled. Meradis enslaved a jellyfish and even got the crazy humans involved. But all hope was not lost for the queen Atlantisara chose a successor to help save Mermlandia, this successor was Mericoon. Now Mermicoon spends her days Cleaning the ocean!
π§ββοΈπ¦The Creation of Mermicoon! ππ΄
Mermicoon was created entirely by accident. I originally wanted to make a photoshop of a shark with wings jumping out of a wave, but I grew tired of the idea so I changed things up. So now that the shark was scrapped I just thought of animals that would be cute (and weird) as a mermaid, and when I saw the pose of the raccoon on pixabay I knew it would be perfect to mermify. After the photoshop was made I completely made a story up on the spot with my Best Friend Kennedy and her photoshop!
